🚚 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Grunt Works, we stand behind our mission and our merch. If something's not right, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Apparel must have tags (if applicable) still attached.

  • Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at orders@pewpewhq.com and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll cover the exchange shipping on our end—just send the original back.

📦 Returns & Refunds

To request a return, shoot us an email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to process.

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or we messed up your order (whoops), contact us ASAP at orders@pewpewhq.com with photos. We’ll fix it, fast.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable:

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”
