Logan M. Isaac: [00:00:00] Hi. I'm here to file a motion, but before I do that, since you're the trial court administrator, and I've been told in other places that the trial court administrator is supposed to keep the court somewhat, accountable. I'm filing a motion to vacate two orders and reassert some constitutional objections specifically as well to make sure we're not operating outside ORS 46, which governs small claims, specifically the absolute prohibition on attorneys at law entering into the small claims department without consent.

We have a motion and a request and an answer, none of which have Renee Perry's name. She's never actually appeared. In court before, I just want to show these to you. So these are all part of the docket. Rebecca Maile is an attorney at law. It's got a bar number. Rebecca Maile, and then the request, Rebecca Maile.

None of these are Renee Perry. So Renee Perry hasn't actually entered any kind of. Has never [00:01:00] appeared before the court. Okay, so already the court is violating my rights under ORS 46 by hiding behind hired attorneys and without getting actual proper consent. The second one, my letter, which,

Linn Court Administrator: so to stop you there, the judge makes the decision whether he is gonna accept filings from that individual.

Logan M. Isaac: So before it was filed, he accepted it? That seems to be difficult to parse out.

Linn Court Administrator: Before what was filed?

Logan M. Isaac: This is the first ordered.

Linn Court Administrator: So the response by.

Logan M. Isaac: The appearance, the response, the motion, none of which were signed by Renee Perry. Renee Perry has never appeared before the court.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay so there might be different rules around public officials being represented by.

Logan M. Isaac: ORS 46 is ORS 46.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay but there might be other superseding. I'm not an attorney.

Logan M. Isaac: Yeah. All I know is ORS 46, but.

Linn Court Administrator: So you're, explain this to me. It's really for the judge to, to be, yeah.

Logan M. Isaac: And I think the judge is undermining the [00:02:00] legitimacy and the credibility of the court.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay.

Logan M. Isaac: That's why I wanna bring it to your attention. In case we need it, here's the ORS 46, the controlling statute. Then the Judge McHill ruled in 24 hours affirming two things that, and without telling me.

Linn Court Administrator: Oh, okay.

Logan M. Isaac: Because, and I'll show you this just because you seem reasonably interested. When the state filed, they included something called a UTCR. I had to look that up, and that's what brought me before Corey, because he handed me a file that disadvantaged me in court.

This is the state's motion, which has already been entered; UTCR 1.010 subsection three, that allows the judge to sign their proposed order without alerting me at all. It's already been entered. When I submitted my letter, the judge did not make a rule. I can't even tell that the judge read it.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay.

Logan M. Isaac: Which again, undermines the credibility, my [00:03:00] ability to believe in the court, given the court's actions.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay.

Logan M. Isaac: And then finally in my letter, I mentioned explicitly the statute, the federal statute that I'm bringing suit against Brene Perry. Namely. Title 42 Section 1983, title 42, section 1983 is again, entered into the court's judgment, knowledge, whatever. This has never been ruled on. Motion to dismiss was, I don't know, ignored? And my sanctions, in which I outlined the fact that the State of Oregon is dipping their toast and claiming their hands are clean, they want to take this into civil procedure without giving me evidence that the state contains. That's a direct violation of Oregon Rule of Professional conduct three, and the Oregon Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 17. All of these have been entered before the court. The court has not made any kind of ruling or opinion thereon.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay.

Logan M. Isaac: Violating any [00:04:00] ability of mine to trust the court. That is why I wanna make sure that when I submit this motion to realign case under ORS 46, vacate those two improper and unlawful orders, and to reassert federal constitutional objections to a state court privileging a state of, the state of Oregon, in undermining the supremacy clause of the constitution.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay.

Logan M. Isaac: If it's not too much to ask, I would love to have those stamped, and I would love to have copies to serve that. Have the stamp on there.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay. I haven't done this in a while. Back in the day I was the, in the paper.

Logan M. Isaac: I have no objection to Cory doing the work. I have Objection to Cory calling the cops just because his feelings are fragile.

Linn Court Administrator: Yeah. But so let me get help from Cory and then we'll get these processed for you. I'm looking for the stamp. Corey.

Logan M. Isaac: There's one here, but I don't know what it is.

Linn Court Administrator: Yeah, this is the received or filed? Filed. [00:05:00] Do you guys still initial still? Is that proposal? Yeah. Motion It is. Order is received. Okay, copies. You're very organized.

Logan M. Isaac: It's unfortunate I have to outplay the players.

I really would love to just pick up my kids from school and not have people shit on the rights that I watch people die for, but that's the world we live in.

And while I have you, if another member of this court, [00:06:00] by employment or appointment, calls the cops on me because the volume of my voice, I will take it to be a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. And I will enfor... I will alert federal enforcement agencies. That is absolutely improper, unprofessional, and it sends a chilling and intimidating effect on people with disabilities.

Linn Court Administrator: Okay. Alright.

Logan M. Isaac: Corey could have avoided it if he treated my family as human beings and apologized for a mistake, but if it's not a mistake, then that's a pattern and patterns are called "discrimination."

Thank you, Jeff.

Linn Court Administrator: Yep.

Logan M. Isaac: Do you need anything else?

Linn Court Administrator: Nope.
